You'll

  • Own features from scoping call to production
  • Set patterns in React, Node, and Postgres codebases
  • Review PRs and mentor two mid-level engineers
  • Join client demos every Friday

You bring

  • 5+ years building web applications in production
  • Strong TypeScript, plus SQL you're not scared of
  • Experience leading delivery or mentoring
  • Clear written communication — we work in the open

Keep client platforms fast, cheap, and boring — in the best way. AWS-heavy, Terraform-everything.

You'll

  • Build landing zones and CI/CD for new client platforms
  • Turn hand-built infrastructure into Terraform
  • Run FinOps reviews that actually cut bills
  • Carry a well-staffed, rarely noisy on-call rota

You bring

  • 3+ years with AWS in production
  • Terraform and container orchestration experience
  • Scripting fluency — Bash, Python, or Go
  • Calm judgement during incidents

Audits, roadmaps, and vendor selection for Scottish enterprise and public-sector clients.

You'll

  • Run discovery workshops with stakeholders from ops to board
  • Write audits and roadmaps people actually act on
  • Guide vendor selection without the sales fog
  • Shape engagements alongside our delivery pods

You bring

  • A background in consulting, architecture, or senior engineering
  • Comfort presenting to non-technical leadership
  • Structured writing — findings, options, recommendation
  • Curiosity about how businesses really run

Own quality across three delivery pods. Playwright-first, strategy over ticket-checking.

You'll

  • Build and maintain Playwright suites across client projects
  • Define what "tested" means per project, with the pod
  • Wire quality gates into CI so releases stay boring
  • Coach engineers to write better tests themselves

You bring

  • 3+ years in test automation
  • Playwright or Cypress, used in anger, in CI
  • An instinct for risk — what to test, what to skip
  • UK base with the right to work

A two-year rotation across pods with a named mentor. We hire for trajectory, not university.

You'll

  • Rotate across three delivery pods in your first 18 months
  • Pair weekly with a senior engineer
  • Ship real features to real users from month one
  • Present at our fortnightly show-and-tell

You bring

  • Evidence you build things — repos, projects, a portfolio
  • Fundamentals in JavaScript, Python, or similar
  • Appetite for feedback and pace
  • Any background — degrees optional

Our process: intro call (30 min) → practical exercise (~2 hrs) → team interview → offer. Two weeks, start to finish.
